Added controller support (move and click the mouse with your joystick and face buttons) downloadable version ONLY
Added toggle icon for create puzzle to further confirm what mode you are in
Added colourblind token mode (changes blue token to be a unique appearance to reds token)
Changed create puzzle blue token to that of colourblind token
